A parent who's falling apart won't take care of themselves before taking care of their child. A child who's falling apart will keep falling apart because their parent is. It's an unsolvable loop.
Imaleh works on two levels. The first: ready-made scripts for situations with children. It isn't clinical and doesn't pretend to be. It's there to lift you off the floor of the safe room in moments when parenting feels impossible. The second, hidden inside the app: first aid for the parent, right before they fall apart. Not a substitute for therapy. But enough to last until the next siren.
